Dr. Wesley Powell is a board-certified pediatric dentist and longtime leader in Atlanta’s dental community. With over 20 years in private practice, he brings unmatched expertise in preventive care, sedation dentistry, and early orthodontic intervention — all within a patient-first, boutique model designed for children and teens.
Known for his thoughtful, conservative approach and commitment to clinical excellence, Dr. Powell treats children starting at age 1 through young adulthood. He has extensive experience in:

Dr. Powell completed his dental degree at Columbia University School of Dentistry and Oral Surgery, followed by a three-year pediatric dental residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he also earned a Master’s in Clinical Dentistry.
His training included:

- Research in oral immunology and microbiology
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and has practiced in Atlanta since 2001.
