Insurance & Payment Procedures

Dental care for children is an important part of their total health program. We believe that caring for your child’s teeth should not become a financial burden for you. In the event that full payment is not possible at the time services are rendered, we have some payment methods that may assist you. We also accept most insurance carriers. We also offer our in-house Ultimate Dental Insurance. Please call if you have questions.

If you have dental insurance, you are aware that these plans vary greatly. We will help you review your benefits. For your convenience, we also accept major credit cards. Please note that at this time we are  unable to accept any form of Medicaid

The Ultimate Dental Plan

We want to share with you something we are very proud to offer our patients during these changing economic times. We are instituting an innovative health program. The key here is preventative and restorative dental care. Besides brushing and flossing daily, when it comes to value, regular check-ups are the best investment for a healthy mouth. We want to do our part to make optimum care available to our patients regardless of the accessibility to dental insurance.

Unlike traditional dental insurance, the plan we have developed does not have a minimum or maximum for dental treatment, and there is no deductible. Restorative and cosmetic work is given the same discounted rates. The plan is designed to be simple to understand, as well as an affordable alternative to employer sponsored or privately purchased dental insurance.

This plan cannot be used with any other insurance, discounts, or special offers. Any part of this benefit plan not used within a year of purchase is forfeited. New benefit plans begin on date of renewal payment. Cancelled plans due to unforeseen events will default to regular treatment fees before refunds are given.
